The uptake of Tatua Advion by pest is through ingestion. The active ingredient is bio- activated to its insecticidal form by the cockroach’s metabolism where its binds to the target site and blocks the insect’s sodium channels, causing paralysis followed by death.

How to apply Tatua Advion Cockroach Gel

Advion Cockroach gel bait labelled for crack-and-crevice applications indoors, as well as applications to entry points outdoors. The blue cap should be removed from the syringe prior to the application. If desired, the blue applicator tip included in the package may be used to apply the gel in smaller cracks and crevices.

A small dot or line of gel is sufficient for these applications.

Dosage Rate: 

Low population: 2 spots of gel per m2 (0.2 g/m2)

High population: 5 spots of gel per m2 (0.5g/m2) Each spot is  0.5cm in diameter and 100gm in weight.

Apply at infestation and inspect placements every 14 days and reapply as needed.
