Ridomil Gold controls soil and leaf diseases and is a highly effective fungicide for the control of Oomycete fungi, Early and late blight in potatoes, tomatoes ; downy mildew in roses.
Ridomil GoldTM MZ has residual and systemic properties, Metataxyly -M is a systemic fungicide which is rapidly taken up by the green plant parts (within 30 munites), transported upwards (acropetally) in the sap stream and distributed in leaves; it provides control of fungi form from within the plant.
Ridomil GoldTM MZ acts through nucleic Acids Synthesis + Multi-Site Contact Activity.
Ridomil GoldTM MZ’s mode of action stops the development of fungi by interfering with the biosynthesis of sterols in cell membranes. Long-lasting preventive activity, combined with curative and eradicant properties ensures fast uptake and high translaminar movement.
Timing and Spray interval
Ridomil GoldTM MZ infestans, Alternaria spp. (foliar and tuber blight)
Tomatoes: Phytophthora insfestans, Alternaria spp, septoria spp, both blights.
Roses: Downy mildew (Peronospora sparsa)
Apply Ridomil Gold at the first application when weather condition favour diseases development or before infection occurs. A maximum of three application at interval 10-14days.
Rate of application: 5ogm/20l
Re-entry interval: 4 hours
PHI: Tomatoes and potatoes 7 days.
